Well it's not like I have a choice, besides, my father used to tell me the first step of forgiving someone is listening. Or, in my case, reading.

This doesn't make me feel any better you know. Do you know how stupid I felt at the ball? Not to mention humiliated. Sure I dated a lot of girls back in the day, and I flirted like an idiot, but when I was with a girl I NEVER cheated on her. When things started cooling off on my end, I put it out in the open so that it worked from there. The one thin I REALLY hate is cheating, and you knew it. It's that which bugs me the most, because I loved you, Kalli. The times I spent with you were some of the best in my high school years. Luckily for Bentley he's nowhere near me or I'd just end up punching him this time around.

Right now might not be the best time to meet in person, but I'm flying to California in the second half of April because I have to make an appearance at the screening of a German-speaking movie in LA. We could probably meet up then, if you really think it'll help.

Well you'd better know, because you built yourself a reputation, unlike some others I know, and I certainly hope you know what you're doing from this moment on. Eventually, I'll be able to think about this without regret ... but right now, regardless if I'm engaged, I still regret. You and I, we made for a good team, Kalli. If he is, he hasn't told me, they've asked for a member of the royal family and father assignmed me to go, but he might have other plans for Grayson.
