oh i, i just died in your arms tonight! IT MUST'VE BEEN SOMETHING YOU SAIDIJUSTDIEDINYOURARMSTONIGHT, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tagged for WHO with HOW MANY words wearing LINK It was difficult to say what exactly his parents thought about Pirzi, though Sergej was pretty confident that they liked her. His father had been charmed by her appearance and good manners, and his mother, while initially reserved since this was her oldest son they were talking about, seemed to have also gotten over whatever had been bugging her. Actually, Sergej was now a bit more worried that Brona and Tarti were going to team up against him in whatever, and that meant that he would need to alert the King of that possibility before anything else happend. While he loved his mother to bits, she could get carried away sometimes when she thought she was doing the right thing, and as for Tarti, well, that particular Queen simply scared him though he tried not to show it. Anselm was fine, he was one of those guys you could instantly like whether they were kings or not, but he was also a good king from what he could see, and he reminded him a lot of Mladen in a way, though his father was younger than Xavier’s was, and there seemed to be a lot more unspoken mischief going on in the German family than in Sergej’s, not that he was complaining. Between him and Mira, there was enough of THAT going around, and he didn’t need anything more from his parents. If he had to worry about actually getting pranked by his father, then he would quite possibly lose his mind, which wasn’t a really good prospect for that matter. But yeah, Tarti had been leaving him alone recently, not that they’d been best budies before, but he didn’t see her as often as he had, and even when he visited Germany she seemed more reserved and working on something else rather than thinking about her eldest daughter’s marriage. Sergej would have been lulled into expecting nothing if not for the fact that he kind of thought it was all pretty good when it came to charading – but then in the real world, there wasn’t much you could do about that. He was pretty sure this summer was going to be an interesting one in the end, especially since he and Pirzi hadn’t actually talked about what they’d be up to.
But as long as he was with her, then it would all be okay. Sergej would have gone to the Artic with her if she asked it of him and if she wanted to cool off during the summer. Maybe they could go see penguins. His attention returned to Pirzi and he smiled when she confirmed what he’d guessed, that she’d wanted to be like Xavier. He hoped the other guy had never wanted to have long blond hair or something similar. Well, mostly I spent my time running around with Mira, he confessed at her question, thinking back on all the times when it was still pretty easy to be Mira’s brother and all they actually did was make sure everyone else went out of their way to avoid them, and to avoid becoming part of their pranks, it was sort of always a game between us, and we managed to pull panks on everyone, but we especially loved it when our brother fell into one of our traps. He’s so different from the both of us, so much more like our mother, that it was always super funny just because. I kind of think that made him into who he is today, which is a person who enjoys telling on us whenever he gets the chance, just so he can keep his name clean. He smiled tightly, All of us Bulgarians fight in a way, he’s just chosen to be the sneaky one. Me and Mira prefer a frontal attack. He shrugged his shoulders, unwilling to talk about it more. Pavel could do all he wanted, but that would never win him a throne or anything of the like. Sneaking around had never made anyone a king, though if Mira had lost all her senses at some point, she could try and hand the throne down to him, if it came to it, though Sergej still thought she was going to finally make the decision and sit the Bulgarian throne with little to no problems. He just had faith in her as his sister. He pushed thoughts of her aside as the music started flowing through the rooms and he smiled when he returned to where he’d left Pirzi, lifting his arms as she stepped close so he could wrap them around her and pull her against him. His feet moved to the music alost at the same instant. They were perfectly matched for dancing, which was something that never ceased to amaze Sergej, and he would never have thought about it if not for the detention that had initially brought him to her. He would honestly have to thank Norris before he left the Academy for doing that, it had been a pretty good call on his part. The steps were easy, and slow. He smiled when she pushed herself even closer and rested her chin on his shoulder, and hugged her tight, doing the same, cheek lightly pressed against her own. It does, doesn’t it? But I agree, right now is a lot better. Though I’d like to go back to that little restaurant some time. His voice was low and soothing, as he didn’t want to disturb the peace that had come into the room. Instead, he continued slow dancing with her, enjoying the feel of finally having her in his arms again and no one was there to pull them apart.

She was not all that overwhelmed to meet his parents, of course they were intimidating because she wanted to make the best impression possible but she was used to parents being difficult and his parents really seemed to be reasonable so where Mira tended to get her attitude from was really a mystery to her though that was not all that important anyways since she was not going to be thinking too much about Mira right now when she was getting the time alone with Sergej. Sometimes she wondered what it would have been like for the two of them not to be in Royal families, would anything have been different between the two of them? Would they have still met and would they have still hit it off in the way that they did in becoming so inseperable. It was a strange thing to think of an alternate universe like that and she loved her life so she would never wish for it to actually happen but she was quite curious to the way that it would have been if she was born to a civilian family. Sometimes she thought that it would be nice to just take a complete break from being around the press and being in the spotlight as the German heir's twin sister but the more that she was in the spotlight the more attention he was not going to have to deal with even if she was just second best. It was clear that they knew that she was closest with Xavier though since Grayson was not even around too much in the media and he was second in line. She did not know if inviting the whole Bulgarian family to Germany over New Years was the best idea but it had already happened and it seemed that she might have opened the doors for her mother getting to know Sergej's mother and she really did not know if anything good was going to become of that. She liked the Queen of Bulgaria quite a bit and she did not like the idea of her mother getting involved in something that was happening between the two of them. She explained what she used to do as a kid and she was reminded of the times where things were a lot more simple and they did not need to think of a lot more adult things like right now. Sure they were not all completely grown up but she was close to being considered and adult and that meant that she needed to act like one but back then they were able to make mistakes even if the German royal family was fairly careful when it came to being in public. She missed living so close to her brother though, even when he was in Vineheart she loved to know that he was just down the hall and that she could go to see him no matter the time of the day and pester him, now he was a full flight away and planning was involved. While that was not usually too much of a problem she did not like flying all the time and the two of them were quite busy with their respective courses and not to mention the fact that they both had significant others. She chuckled when he mentioned that they used to prank their younger brother. I feel bad for him, having to deal with two older siblings like you two. She teased reaching over to close her hand over his.
She was feeling giddy when he picked her up from where she was standing on the driveway, the place was beautiful, she could see how he had fallen in love with it the last time thathe was here. Who did you bring with you last time you were here? She was genuinely curious before he stepped into the house and she was taken away from the view that she was sure that she could have admired for another couple hours, though that was not the reason that the two of them were here, it was meant to be a retreat but in the same aspects it was meant to be alone time for the two of them and her sole attention needed to be placed on him. Even when she was placed back down on her feet she did not move away form where he was standing close to the door, her shoes were slipped off her feet politely and moved out of the way by the door mat. He took a moment to disappear into the other part of the cabin and then return when there was soft music playing and she could not help but grin. Looking up into dark eyes it was hard not to be completely mesmerized and she really was when she stepped closer to him, arms being placed around his neck and the feeling of being close to him was not something that she was ever going to get used to, it was just too thrilling, people searched their entire life to find someone that they meshed with so perfectly and she managed to find that person not even quite out of high school? She honestly thought that she was the luckiest girl on the face of the planet and nothing was going to change that, it was hard not to be an optimist when you had everything that you could possibly want; an amazing boyfriend who she would do anything for, a family that loved her and friends that were so close. She felt like she could face the entire world bravely. As their cheeks were touching she told him that she was reminded a lot of the night that she had taken him to the restaurant in Germany but it was so much better right now and he agreed with her. This summer? I think we should make a point to go back on the same day. She suggested since it sounded like something quite romantic since that had really been the start of where they realized they had feelings. I almost feel like that would be our one year anniversary. She uttered softly. After one year if they were still feeling like this then she was looking forward to so much more.

oh i, i just died in your arms tonight! IT MUST'VE BEEN SOMETHING YOU SAIDIJUSTDIEDINYOURARMSTONIGHT, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tagged for WHO with HOW MANY words wearing LINK Pavel had sort of really lucked out in the siblings department, and even Sergej would be able to admit that if asked. Their childhood hadn’t actually been as harmonius as many would have believed, despite the fact that they were royal children, but they had still been children. That meant that they would have gone through all the same motions as everyone else, which included pranking people as they came along, and just generally learning as they grew up what to do and what not to do. Pavel had unfortunately been the subject of most of the pranks at the time, mostly because of the fact that he was so different than his elder siblings. He was more like their mother in a lot of aspects, and while Sergej respected that, he didn’t think his brother would survive in the world on telling on other people alone throughout his life, you could never havy many friends that way, not when they couldn’t trust you. While Sergej was known to be a prankster and he and Cris tended to prank the living daylights out of people that came their way, he would trust the Spanish prince with his life if needs be, though he would also trust his older brother as well, possibly more at this time around with Cris being more absent than not for some odd reason or another. He didn’t know how Pavel was in the friends department, but given that he had seen even the Serbian prince surrounded by his own little social circle, he hoped that his young brother would be able to find himself his own niche here at Vineheart that wouldn’t include telling on people to clamber up the social ladder. It wouldn’t really help him, and Sergej wondered whether he should point out that fact to his brother at some point. Telling on your siblings was one thing, but he certainly hoped that the other boy wouldn’t just decide to tell on everyone he got a chance to, because that would kind of mean damage control at some point, and Sergej had enough of seeing that in action whenever Mira went entirely out of control again. It hadn’t happened in a while now, probably curtsey to Fred, something else he needed to be thankful for, but that didn’t mean it would never happen again.
Trust me, I feel bad for him too, Sergej commented with a small shrug of his shoulders, but it would have been a lot better if he had retaliated in some way other than telling on us. Then we could’ve actually accepted him into our own tight circle. It didn’t seem to work that way though, and I doubt it ever will. We might’ve unleashed a little monster on the world. He shook his head and shrugged his shoulders, just happy to be in Pirzi’s company because he had missed her almost with a physical ache all the time that he’d been away in Bulgaria. There was something to be said about relationships, they changed you, for the better, or so he hoped, though punching people was never really something to be proud of. Then again, punching Fred? Yeah, he thought that was something to be placed on a list somewhere, though of course he wasn’t about to boast about it. He’d learned his lesson on the topic. Exile in Bulgaria wasn’t something he was fond of. At Pirzi’s question, Sergej shrugged his shoulders, Last time I was here I was considered too young to come alone, my father and I came here on one of his ‘bonding’ trips and visits. We spent an afternoon hiking around and then ate marshmallows over the fire in the fireplace, but that was the last time I was here before today. I have to admit the company’s infinitely better right now. He shot a charismatic smile in her direction, pulling her closer against him, as much as it wasphysically possible to do, given the fact they were already standing close to each other already, but he wanted her to be even closer. Talking about that small restaurant in Berlin made him want to go there really fast, he loved the little place especially wint all its magic. Being by the river made the whole difference. Sergej chuckled at Pirzi’s words and brushed his lips across her cheek. Sounds like a plan to me. And yes, it would feel like an anniversary. Yeah, but I didn’t quite manage to tell you what I was feeling until I got jealous, so I don’t think it officially counts, he laughed softly, but he was happy enough to oblige her and agree with her. He didn’t really need an official anniversary date, it felt like he and Pirzi had been together for ages already. His hold on her tightened. I don’t really mind when our anniversary is – all I mind is that I’m with you then, he told her sincerely, turning his face so he could kiss her, his whole body had basically been begging him to do this ever since their first kiss at the airport, and he wasn’t about to deny himself the pleasure any longer.

She really did not overly understand how Pavel had turned out the way that he did when his two siblings were so different, she would have been the type to retaliate and surely with the fiery Bulgarian blood that they were all known to have she would have thought that it would have come out in him as well but apparently she was very wrong and he was just the black sheep of the family. That was not a bad thing though because it was always nice to have someone different to throw into the mix when things got boring to have a different outlook on life. Her younger sister was that way for her because she was nothing like Pirzi who grew up a little but of a tomboy given that she had spent the majority of her time as a duo with her twin or then a trio when Grayson got a little older and it was seen as acceptable as him being with the two of them. She was always closer with Xavier though and now it was like she was on a different planet as Grayson. He was changing and she was not around to see all of that she felt so distanced from him and she needed to make a point to go and see him a lot more often since she was at Vineheart a lot to see her boyfriend it was not that much more of an effort to be there and see her little brother as well since it was not going to be too long at all until they were all going to manage to go their seperate ways and once he graduated there was no saying that he was going to be around Montana anymore and who was to know what was going to happen when Sergej graduated either because it was not that she could picture the two of them breaking up in that time meaning that they were going to be serious and she would be planning on going to whatever school he needed to go to. She did have to think that growing up in the German family had been a little different but that might have been just because they all had different personalities but there were not too many times for fooling around and being a kid since they were so often in the spotlight. They needed to be a lot more serious than kids were at their respective ages but that did not change that there had been times where they had certainly learnt things the hard way and there had been pranks over the years in order to break the constant tension which usually involved her often barging into her older twins room unannounced whether it was at the German royal palace or back at Vineheart. Really though she was the only one that was going to be able to get away with that and she was glad that Xavier really did not retaliate too much against her since she was not too sure if she would be able to take the pranks as well as she was able to dish them out. Though nothing at all compared to the last year of school when she managed to organize the prank against the Kings involving her brother. That was one of the record books and of course who was going to suspect the three girls since her and Annalie and Marie were known to be the princesses that were the most tame out of the wild ones that made up the Queens, the fact that they had managed to get away with that in the first place was a miracle.
She chuckled when he mentioned that he felt bad for his brother and she shrugged her shoulders lightly. You guys I am sure had the best intentions. She uttered. And think of it this way, you probably made life in high school seem like a walk in the park for him. Nothings compared to the way that you and Mira used to prank him. She joked lightly but there was a certain amount of truth to it. She really did know that this relationship in particular was making her a better person, before she had been involved with him she spent a lot of her life being so uptight about everything that happened and the fact that she needed to plan everything out and here she was sitting right now perfectly relaxed in the car not knowing where they were going and she could not be happier. Her twin would probably ask her if she lost her mind since she was the type that needed to always know what was going on before it happened. She was pleased to know that the last time that he had been here that it had been with his father, she did not know what she was expecting him to say there but she liked that it had not been with an ex girlfriend. That would have made her feel jealous and it might not have seemed as special. She knew that he had dated the younger Irish princess at one point in time but other than that she really did not know about any other relationships he had been in or if there had been any at all. Eyes were rolled when he commented that the company was better. I am sure your father would love to hear that. She teased as they got closer to the house and when they were dancing she rested her head lightly on his chest with a small sigh. The talk of the German restaurant made her smile lightly and glance up at him when he stated that he had not told her of her feelings yet and she nodded. You may not have told me but neither of us are the type to go around kissing someone that we did not have feelings for, you telling me was just a technicality. She joked with a bright smile and a devious expression in teal eyes. I really do not mind when it really was either I just am planning on using it as another excuse to plan some sort of surprise for you. She told him, she really did love getting to show him how much she cared about him. She felt that relationships tended to fail when people started to take the other person forgranted and she was never going to allow that to happen because she was so thankful for him being in her life. Maybe we can carry on tradition and roast marshmellows tonight, it has been a very long time since I have done that.

oh i, i just died in your arms tonight! IT MUST'VE BEEN SOMETHING YOU SAIDIJUSTDIEDINYOURARMSTONIGHT, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tagged for WHO with HOW MANY words wearing LINK He didn’t know whether Pavel would agree with Pirzi or not. Actually, he wasn’t even sure what his brother thought about his relationship with the girl, if he was honest with himself, because they hadn’t actually spoken much at all recently. It seemed his younger brother was simply avoiding him as much as possible. And then Mira went and accused Sergej of avoiding her. There were some lines here that he didn’t quite understand, but then again he had a feeling his sister tended to just avoid picking on their younger brother because he didn’t seem to fight back the way that Sergej did. Or maybe it was just him, and Mira liked picking on him just because she was so used to it. He wondered how that would work once she was Queen, because honestly, if the courtiers saw how she treated her family members sometimes, he didn’t know what they’d think. As teenagers, sure thing. As adults? Not so much, but then again, she seemed to be turning for the better with Fred and all, so here he was hoping things would eventually turn out okay. There could always be mistakes on the way of course, especially because the Bulgarian family was never really known to be one who would be in total harmony with each other, they seemed to prefer the dysfunctional relationships they had going for them right now. It was either fighting between the siblings, or somehow rebelling against their parents, unless of course it was Pavel, who seemed to enjoy abiding by the rules. Sergej normally thought rules were there to be broken, and he hadn’t actually changed his mind a lot since first thinking that and pranking his first person here at Vineheart back at the end of first year. For most of the first year he’d actually managed to be good and not get into too much trouble, preferring to simply let Mira take all the spotlight. Towards the end though, he’d kind of gotten bored with the whole institution of rules and whatnot, and so he had ended up pranking Cris, which had then led to their partnership that still lasted. Luckily, otherwise Sergej would have gone ballistic by now, especially since Matvei was sometimes a little bit annoying. As much as he liked the other guy, he could be ... out of this world sometimes.
Thinking back to the topic at hand, Sergej shook his head at the way Pirzi always seemed to want to find the silver lining. Well, I guess you could say that, but I’m not too sure that he’d agree with you. He’s not like us in any way, really, so you might not know what to expect when he actually deems it fine to meet you. Apart from glances from afar, Pavel seemed to be avoiding this whole factor that his older brother was seriously dating someone. Sure he’d dated Aisling as well, and his mother had liked her, but that didn’t mean that he was going to end up marrying the girl at any point in time. He liked Pirzi way too much to think about anyone else right now anyway, and he didn’t think THAT would change any time soon. She knew how to keep him on his toes, and interested, and that was enough for him. Also, there was the way that she peeked at him through her eyelashes that made the skin at the back of his neck tingle, because it was usually a warning sign that she was up to something. He knew her well enough now to relish in everything she threw his way, but all the same, knowing the prank she pulled on her brother and the other Kings, he was kind of apprehensive that he wouldn’t find himself on the receiving end of one of THOSE. He also knew that, unlike Xavier, who seemed more content on humorously letting it slide, he would be one to retaliate with force, but then if it began, the prank war between them would NEVER end. And he didn’t know what to think about THAT. He chuckled when she teased him about his dad, and shrugged, Hey, I have to admit the truth, don’t I? Bonding time is all good, but I like bonding time with my girlfriend better. Can you blame me? He gave her an innocently playful look from his dark eyes, grinning with mischief. He did have to give her a point though, she was making a valid one. Touché. Got me there. And should I be worried that I’ll have to track you down throughout Berlin before I manage to get to you and your pasta again? I admit, it was fun, but I kind of like the straight-forward approach too sometimes. As in, like today, when you waited to pick me up from the airport. He smiled when she mentioned marshmallows too, and he nodded, That sounds like something I’d love – but it’s still a while till the evening falls. His expression suddenly turned devious, his fingers lightly skimming up and down her back, And I think I have an idea of how to pass the time until then. His expression had actually turned dangerously devious by now, but he somehow didn’t think that would ever scare her off. Pirzi liked facing challenges head-on.

Really she supposed that it did not matter too much what his brother thought of the two of them together since he really was not too much of a part of Sergej's life. She did want to be liked by all of his family though since that was something that was quite important to her. She was glad that she did not have to think about what people would think of her; she was third in line for the throne and in her mind there was never going to be a day where she was going to sit utop it. Certainly not for Germany which was a good thing. She did not want to see the day when she would rule Germany because that would mean that something would have had to have happened to both of her brothers and she could not go through something like that they were far too important to her and she loved them way too much. She mentioned that Pavel should be thankful that they had readied him for the life at high school but then again she knew that if she was in the same situation that she might have harboured a little resentment against the two of them and that was just normal. But they were all different and she would have dealt with it in a complete different way from the very start, it was just in her nature to see the bright side of things because if you were always such a downer than it started to wear off on the people around you and she wanted the people around her to be happy she wanted to see the smile and to be able to make them laugh. She shrugged when he stated that his brother would not agree with her and that he was not sure what to expect from him when she did get to meet him. Oh well; I will deal with that when the time comes, there is no use worrying about what he is going to think of me right now. She uttered and it really was true, there was no saying that he was either going to like or hate her and there was no way that she wanted to stress out when she was feeling as relaxed as she was right now being able to just have the time with him. She was sure that her feeling for the man in front of her were not going to change anytime soon and it did not matter that she was young, she knew what she wanted in a person and he fit all the right criteria. Not to mention that fact that even when she was just around him and not even in contact with him that goose bumps rose on her arms and she felt like she needed to be closer no matter if the two of them were not even an inch away. Just like dancing with him right now, she had inched herself as close as humanly possible with him and was not planning on letting go.
She was not too much into pranking anyone anymore since she had grown up a lot since the last time and the last time had sort of just been a last hurrah for her being in the school and wanting to end the year with a bang. They had all agreed on it being that way and she did not plan on it happening all that much anymore besides april fools day. She laughed again when he stated that he liked bonding time with his father but that he liked bonding time with her better and then asked if she could blame him. I suppose I would have something to worry about if you liked spending time with your father more than me. She assured him when she reached up to run fingers along his jawline with a small smile crossing her face. The playful expression that crossed his eyes was one that she felt like she was constantly looking for and one that she adored so much. How could she not? She shook her head lifting it from where it rested on his chest when he asked if he should be worried about having to track her down through Berlin again. Not this time, I would not be able to handle having to wait that long for you again. She teased with a small smirk. I like the straight forward approach as well. She told him lightly. He mentioned that it was going to be awhile until evening fell and that he would like to roast marshmellows with her. The last time that she had done that had been one of the nights just before the summer at Vineheart when she was in her fourth year and her and Marie and Frida had gone down to the riverbed and had their own sort of bonfire. It had been the perfect way to kick off the summer and the perfect night to spend together before they went their seperate ways for the summer. Skin tingled beneath his touch when his hands moved along her back and she caught the expression in his eyes and she was reminded of the night that they spent together on Christmas Eve. She was planning on playing dumb when he told her that he knew how to pass the time until the night fell. Oh and just what is your idea? She asked looking completely oblivious. He was right in knowing that it was not going to scare her off at all. Fingers skimmed along his shoulder and then ran along his chest remaining as close as they had been when they were dancing but the music was long since forgotten in her mind at least.

oh i, i just died in your arms tonight! IT MUST'VE BEEN SOMETHING YOU SAIDIJUSTDIEDINYOURARMSTONIGHT, - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - tagged for WHO with HOW MANY words wearing LINK She was making a valid point about this whole thing, and Sergej had to hand it to her, she was a lot better at handling things than he was. He would have probably long since exploded if one of her siblings had been acting the way his were toward her, and yet all Pirzi would do was smile and shrug her shoulders, and possibly curl herself even closer to him than she’d been before. He had known that she was a special person ever since the first time they’d danced together, but that she was THIS special he hadn’t been thinking of. She was just the type that would get him through every up and down if he needed her, because she wasn’t one to leave behind someone who was in need of help, or someone who just needed a boost or a nudge to do something. And of course, Sergej would be there for her. He had extended the curtsey that he normally reserved only for his family members, which meant his parents, Mira and Pavel, and now she was in the same circle as well. He was serious about this, he was serious about their relationship, and he couldn’t wait to finally be out of Vineheart so he could decide once and for all where he was going to attend University, and then decide what he and Pirzi were going to do. If they got through one more year of him still being in high school, then they could get through anything together. Thinking about this made him think about Mira though, and what she would do about the whole throne deal. He knew his sister didn’t want the throne on occasions, but then on others she didn’t seem to mind it as much. In truth, Sergej was kind of confused as to what Mira wanted from her life and from the whole royalty deal. He didn’t know how to pace his own life when she didn’t pace hers, because she was the heir to the throne, she was the one who could ultimately lead Bulgaria, and yet on more than most occasions she seemed pretty indifferent to that factor and didn’t seem to mind it at all with what she was doing. It made him want to shake his head and all that, but that would never help anyone, so he mostly just stood aside and waited to see what would happen.
Pavel didn’t seem to concerned about the whole fact, but unless he suddenly grew a backbone no one knew he had, Sergej was apprehensive about any possibility that their younger brother might rule the country one day. Even if Mira did step down from the throne, Sergej would have a hard time doing the same looking at Pavel. He would probably never know what to do with the crown handed to him, which was bad enough in itself, but given that he was a prince as well as his other siblings, he wondered whether or not the other boy even realized just what a privilege he had been born into. Then again, nobody seemed torealize that, and even Sergej was only just beginning to. He was, after all, only seventee when it came down to it. As soon as he hit eighteen though, he had a feeling all hell would break loose somewhere, somehow. You’ve got a point, he commented on what Pirzi said about Pavel, and I’m sure he’ll eventually like you. You’re not a person to not be liked, he teased his girlfriend gently, though his smile was a little bit mischevious anyway. People could have hated her and he still would have loved her, regardless. She was the type that definitely lured him in with the way she was so optimistic all the time, and so strong-willed and out-spoken. That probably came from being twin sister to one of the strongest persons he knew mentally; Xavier never let anyone boss him around or do anything to him that he didn’t like. There was something about that that made Sergej very afraid of the other prince sometimes, but also very respectful. The prince let his head fall back as he laughed at what she said, and lightly pressed a kiss to the top of her head, Yeah well, let my father be annoyed all he wants, but you’re infinitely better company than he is, he replied, still chuckling about it all. Her fingers ran along his jawline again, in a gesture that was so familiar by now that he could only smile and lean further into the touch. It was distinctly Pirzi’s, and he could never get used to it. She did the exact same thing every time they were alone together, and it only made his heart beat faster. He gave her a devilish smile as she seemed to agree with him that no more hunts through Berlin should be organized for now, That’s good to know. I thought you enjoyed torturing me by sending me running around and waiting somewhere else above it all. His fingers were firm and gentle against her lower back. They’d long since stopped dancing, though the music stil continued floating through the small cottage, a collection of songs he’d gathered in Bulgaria while missing Pirzi like crazy. That probably sounded cheesy and cliché, but then again, nothing about them was like that. They were stronger than the average couple after all. The way she suddenly played all dumb about this was making him want to laugh, but then again, this was Pirzi of course. One look from those teal eyes told him she knew exactly what was going on, regardless of what she said out loud. Sergej chuckled, and leaned closer, a whisper away from her lips. I think you know. Without warning, he swept her off her feet again, though instead of hoisting her over his shoulder like on Christmas Eve in Bulgaria, he cradled her like before, and aimed a determined walk up a short flight of stairs to where the sleeping quarters were.
