OK, my new little gem here is Tanner. He's fresh and new, and I didn't discuss him with anyone before making him, so he needs EVERYTHING (except for an older brother because Matias is here!). [Edit: And Aniela of Poland is probably his final -- at bare min she's friend turned lover turned friend] He's nerdy and awkward and doesn't do much when it comes to athletics. Alaric & Tanner Hey there roomie!
This is Alaric, he is the crown prince of Mexico and the absolute nicest person you will ever meet so I picture these two as being friends even though they do not have a lot in common. This year is going to be a stressful year for poor Ric seeing as over the summer there was a scandal released that caused his father to step down as King and for a Royal Advisor to take his place until Ric graduates and can take the spot. What people do not know was that the scandal that his father took the blame for was actually Ric's doing he got messed up with a gang in Mexico one summer in the past and thought that he would be able to get out of it without his parents help, this is his secret though and the only one that will EVER know that is Ellie, his fiance. Also, in order for him to become King he needed a wife, like now, and so his mother found him the servant of Belgium seeing as it needed to be a servant because a Royal family might do too much digging into this suspicious scandal. So quite possibly the first arranged marriage between a servant and Royal. Unlike all the other arranged marriages though his biggest goal is to win Ellie over for real. He does not hold any hostility towards her for having to marry her, in fact he is quite excited and becoming quite fond of her. Maybe Tanner is one of the first he tells at school? Let me know what you think or any other ideas.

Tanner is extremely friendly, so he would love to be friends with Ric. And Tanner would be honoured to be able to be Ric's confidante. Tanner keeps secrets excellently and does not judge stuff like that. Hell, he's still friends with a relative's ex boyfriend. He tries to be nice to everyone. Besides, he would think that it was kind of romantic that Ric wants to win over his betrothed. Double dates for Ric/Ellie and Tanner/Aneila?!

Alaric & Tanner Yay, I like that. Ric is usually pretty close with Bentley who is their third room mate but right now since Bent is going through some stuff with his servant Rylie the two have been steering clear of each other and Ric is much too busy settling back into Vineheart. He is very athletic and loves sports so this is where they differ (as I saw with your app) Ric is a basketball player, and sprinter and is on the swim team as well. But differences would not really matter to him, he was also Matias's protege last year as one of the Kings  So the two would definitely know one another. While Ric is in the Kings right now he is not too sure why seeing as he is nothing like his cousin Dante and does not seem to fit in with them, but he is apart of the Kings and will be apart of their schemes later on I am sure. He tries his best to stay out of the spotlight and Ellie is the first person he has been involved with at Vineheart because he doesnt like the drama of dating someone in the same school and tends to think that it should not be public knowledge but now knowing that he and Ellie will be married in this coming winter this makes an exception. Double dates might be fun, but first Ric needs to convince Ellie to allow him to take her out on dates  . I think the two should plan a romantic date where maybe they set up like a little mini dance or something because what girl doesn't like dancing? And this was how Ellie and Ric met at the Masquerade party, thoughts?

omg that's precious (with the dancing!). Tanner is going to need a good idea for a date, anyways because he's going to have trouble hooking Annie. She literally knocked the wind out of him when they met (she punched him in the face), so something gentle and romantic will be a big change for them.
as for the kings thing, that's not something Tanner is interested in, but since Tanner's bro was one (and obvi that's how the boys probably met initially), he understands what it's all about.
And Tanner loves love, so he would love to help Ric with woo-ing Ellie. You know, with ideas and stuff.

Yes, but while her family and others treat her like shit, he's going to treat her like the princess that she deserves, and he's going to make it so that she actually has faith in him AND them as a couple.
