It's that beautiful time of year again! The weather outside is frigid, but inside the walls of Vineheart, things are heating up, and the hottest event of the season was as exciting as it's ever been. Before all of you precious students go off to snuggle up during Winter Break, let us give you some info to catch up on that took place the night of the Winter Gala...
Hmm...suspicious, suspicious. We spied with our little eyes a certain ISABELLA LILIANA ORTEGA returning to the Ballroom with a shiny little piece of jewelry on her finger. Of course, everyone saw the handsome XAVIER LUDWIG OF GERMANY attend the Gala after his too-long extended recovery in Germany, but he seemed to have left early after he and the Spanish servant disappeared. So, what could possibly be the deal with this pretty bling on Ms. Ortega's finger? Does it mean what we think it means...?
Some go to the Gala with a perfect date in mind, and others go as friends. With CATHLEEN ISIBEAL OF IRELAND and MATVEI ANATOLI OF RUSSIA, friends doesn't seem the right term. Sure, they've been "best friends" for forever, but we see a little something going on. There's definitely something there, and the two of them going as dates just proves us right. Buckle up, everybody, and enjoy the romance that is sure to come.
Um...since when does ANASTASIYA SVETLANA OF RUSSIA bring a date to these things? There's a first for everything, we guess, because the Russian princess strolled in with the ever-elusive VIKTOR HENRICH OF SLOVAKIA. Things looked pretty chilly between them all night, so we're not too sure why they happened to come together in the first place. Ah, well, the school wallflower and school snob being in each other's presence added some good entertainment, so kudos to that.
