- her sisters, she wishes they had a deeper bond, but she loves them all the same.
Dislikes
- drunks, those people who find it necessary to get plastered every chance they get.
- cancer, it's what took her father. although, she gives as much as she can of her time and money to help fund research for cures.
- the color pink, it's so cliche for a girl to like it - she prefers darker hues.

Personality
Loyal* There's nothing Frida knows more about than loyalty. She's been nothing but to her country and family her entire life. She's been bred to rule, and do that she plans to. She does not take kindly to people dissing her family or her country or those she cares about. Her biggest obstacle has been proving to the powers that be in Iceland that a woman is fit to rule, since there were no male heirs.
Caring* She has a huge heart, and believes in putting everything into what she does. She knows that whenever she does find love, she's not going to enter it halfheartedly. She has always given above and beyond what is called for, why not with a relationship? She cares deeply for her family and would do anything for them.
Strong&Independent* Despite being given everything, Frida is very independent and strong-willed. She stands up for herself and those close to her, and is fine being by herself. Since the death of her father, she has sat in on various meetings with the Icelandic government and has had no problems voicing her opinion on things she feels strongly about.

History
Fridrika was born to the Icelandic king and queen early on the morning of October 30. The country rejoiced at the birth of the first child. Barely a year later, the queen gave birth to another baby, and this was another girl. Another year after that, another female joined the already spoiled princesses of Iceland. A mere two years later, and the last princess would be born – completing the happy royal family. Tragedy struck when the king revealed he had cancer – the treatments that were given caused him to become sterile, and the future of Iceland’s throne was no longer a question – there would be a woman to take over and become queen, no matter what.
Being the first born, Fridrika was given every opportunity as she grew up. To say she was spoiled was putting it mildly – she was doted and pampered practically every day of her life. She spent as much time with her sisters as she could, but she felt as though it were never enough. Knowing the king’s cancer, although in remission, could come back at any time, she was forced from an early age to begin learning the duties of the king. She sat in on political meetings, war council talks, peace negotiations, law making sessions, and et cetera. In their off times, the king of Iceland would pull his eldest daughter to the side and they would run off together. Fridrika knew her sisters were jealous of the closeness she had with their father, but she didn’t want to give up the time they spent together either. He would often times play the piano for her and sing to her. She picked up a few songs, the ones that became her favorites, and she would sing them back to him as he played. He called her ‘Rika’ – he was the only one to ever call her that. It helped forge a special bond between them. At the age of twelve, however, her father was gone.
The king was taken as quickly as batting an eyelash. Fridrika tried to help mend her mother’s broken heart, but there was only so much she could do – after all, she was still only a child herself. She let the government take over and help her mother figure out her next steps as she prepared to take over the duties of both king and queen. Frida’s lessons in royal matters were doubled when she was home from school and over holidays. She could not be upset about it, for it was her duty, her obligation to her country and it needed to be fulfilled.
You could say her father’s death hit her hard, but that would hardly be the truth. Deep in her heart, she always knew he would be gone before she was old enough to take the throne. Something had pulled on her heart and told her she would have to be prepared long before she was ready. She felt as though her whole life she was being molded into this role she was born to play. Fridrika knew she was ready to lead Iceland, but she didn’t think she was ready to lead it alone. She had never really given much thought to having relationships – it seemed so trivial to everything else she had gone through. She did not see much point in even pursuing a relationship with someone she could not see settling down with, was that not the whole point? She felt as though she would know when the time came; she wanted to believe she had a soul mate out there, and when she met him, there would be an instant connection and everything would fall into place from there. She just graduated from Vineheart and will be attending the University of Montana and she is supposed to take over the throne of Iceland on her 21st birthday, but she's holding out for college graduation first. Maybe even graduate school?
