Personality
Artistic* Marie has always been the artistic type. Ever since she was little, she has been an artist (if you call doodles art). Her parents always thought her drawings and paintings were great and even offered to hang majority of them around the palace to show everyone. Her specialty though, is landscapes. She loves trying to get the grass the perfect shade of green and the sky the perfect shade of blue (or the perfect sunset, depending on the time).
Protective* Being the oldest child in her family, she can't help but be protective of her younger siblings. She loves her family and would do anything for them.
Responsible* Although she is third in line for the throne, Marie always does her duties as a princess of France. She'll sit in on political meetings and even voice her opinion on matters. She also makes sure the palace is running in perfect condition.

History On January 7th, the people of France rejoiced. The King and Queen had just given birth to a healthy baby girl. They decided to name her Marie Colette. She was the greatest thing to happen to Aldric and Jacintha, and they couldn't be happier. A year passed and the next thing anyone knew, the Queen gave birth to another baby. This time, it was a healthy baby boy and the heir to the throne. The parents decided to name him Bentley. Marie was ecstatic to have a baby brother and loved him so very much. The King was shocked to say the least, but he was happy all the same. He had two healthy babies and a healthy wife. What more could he ask for? After another year had passed, Marie and Bentley had grown close as most young children do, when the Queen gave birth to another son.. Everyone was excited and Marie couldn't wait to get to know this brother too. She would sneak into his room after everyone went to bed and would watch him sleep so nothing bad would happen to him.
Finally, after another year had passed, Queen Jacintha gave birth to another baby girl. They named her Reena. If everyone thought Marie was excited about her two brothers, she was beyond that when her baby sister came. She loved her brothers dearly, but she was happy to have someone who would play dress-up with her and share secrets with. She took extra special care of her sister, and some would say she neglected her brothers, but that wasn't the case at all. She tried as often as she could to spend time with all her siblings, but most of the time the boys didn't want to play with herself or Reena. At the ripe young age of six, Aldric and Jacintha thought it was time to begin her lessons with a tutor. She hated her lessons, but her mother told her that if she was to be a great princess and find a wonderful husband one day, she needed to take her lessons to become more intelligent. Marie conceded, but that didn't stop her from sneaking out with Beau (her servant and best friend) whenever she could. One thing she loved most as a child, was going to the beach with her family. She always loved swimming with her siblings.
Once she started at Vineheart Academy, she didn't know very many people, apart from her cousins. She would always debate within herself whether to stick with them or to stay true to her own course, but her fears were erased once she divulged herself in her studies. Four years full of knowledge and she still can't hold her tongue when in a political meeting. The highlight of her fifth year at the Academy, though, was when herself, Pirzi and Annalie all pulled a fantastic prank on the Kings of Vineheart and had photographic evidence to prove it too! Once summer came, Marie found herself single and very much in need of solitary confinement. Brokenhearted, she looks forward to her first year of University with Pirzi, Beau and Frida.
