Every year on January 1st, we always swear we'll do something different or change our ways. We would expect the same from our dearest Vineheart students but, surprisingly, some things never change...but, some things do. The royals and servants are back at the Academy to finish off the school year, and let's see where 2012 has taken them so far...
New year, new start, right? For FREDERIC ANSELM OF SWITZERLAND, that rings true. We never thought we'd ever see him change his ways, but after spotting the prince holding hands and kissing ELENA ISABEL OF SPAIN, we're eating our words. Has the Swiss Prince finally set aside his douchy attitude and settled for a girl? And what does his best friend DANTE NICOLAS OF SPAIN think of him dating his little sister?
Our suspicions were true! XAVIER LUDWIG OF GERMANY and ISABELLA LILIANA ORTEGA are engaged! They released a formal announcement while in Germany in front of the entire press, and Miss Ortega looked quite composed despite the nerve-wracking experience. That's the second servant to become engaged to a royal this year...we suppose there should be a little diversity in the bloodlines!
Um...did anyone else see MIRA NADEZDHA OF BULGARIA give supposed "best friend" LEON ALVINTZI OF AUSTRIA a steamy kiss in the cafe? Since when have these two had feelings for each other? We suppose they're dating, then...but that's rather surprising, since the Bulgarian princess isn't exactly known for settling down. Let's see how long these two last...
Poor, poor DRITAN SOKAL OF ALBANIA, getting caught with booze has certainly put him in a pickle. Word is that the Albanian prince has lost his crown to younger sister ARIANA DOROTTYA, and he isn't happy about it. What will he do to get it back, considering he's currently in an arranged marriage with BETHANY REAGAN OF DENMARK? And how does the Albanian princess feel about this new responsibility?
Oh, STEFAN BENZLI OF SWITZERLAND and AISLING LANA OF IRELAND...don't think we haven't caught you two flirting it up! It's obvious the two of you have the hots for each other, but uh oh...looks like the youngest Swiss prince was just put into an arranged marriage with ARIANA DOROTTYA OF ALBANIA! What will happen to their blossoming romance now? And what about Miss Ariana? She's currently in a relationship with DRAGAN JAVOROV OF SERBIA, and cannot be pleased about this at all. Stay tuned to see how this all works out ;)
We spotted ROMEO VALENTINO OF ITALY and AUBREY GISELLE OF BELGIUM actually talking on the lawn of the Academy earlier last week. Like, actually talking, something that hasn't been done in two years since their scandalous break-up. Could they be rekindling the romance? Doesn't seem like it, considering the Belgian princess is currently dating the Italian prince's servant. So, does that mean they're finally teaming together to get out of this dreaded arranged marriage -- the arranged marriage that is supposed to take place at the end of May? You've got five months, sweethearts...better get moving if you want to get out.
