"Whoo!" Benjy shouted, jumping for joy as he ran out of his classroom, twirling a bit as he carelessly waved his test through the air. 98%. Not perfect, but perfect for him. Never having getting more than a B- in his World History class, and being in a room full of over achieving, (and some not so over achieving royals) AND with the teacher grading on a curve, anything that would be more than an A would be pretty much over achieving for Benjy. Well, not for some people in his class, though. when they had gotten their scores back, and Benjy had not so subtly called out that he had gotten a 98, being the loud annoying kid he always was, he did notice that a few of his classmates seemed to despise him for his score. Well, you should expect that from a class full of royals who always wanted to do the right thing, always wanted to be the good boys and girls, and always just wanted to be perfect. Which was actually quite annoying, Benjy found out. Not, technically found out, if you followed his history with his brother and all the constant letters and him telling Benjy that he couldn't wait for him to go to Vineheart, because it was just 'so amazing' and 'beautiful' and 'wonderful'. Benjy could remember the times when he had been subjected to staying in his room while whatever year his older brother was in and lectured to his talks about how awesome and amazing things were. If he meant being popular and cool was fun, then Benjy would understand. But he seriously doubted that his older brother was popular, due to the fact that a constant, pretty much endless stream of teachers would talk to him after a class and say things like, "Your brother would've never done this!" or "I know people don't like being compared, but I expected more from you. Look at your brother!" or just any crap like that. Yes. It was annoying to be compared to your brother pretty much every single minute of the day. It all really ended up coming down to one thing, his brother. His annoying, pretty much useless, made a reputation that Benjy couldn't uphold, brother who constantly told people about how cool things were, when really they weren't. Unless you were the person who was telling their younger sibling constantly that they couldn't wait for them to join them in the festivities of school, (dreaded, terrible school), Benjy was pretty sure that everyone disliked them. Benjy thought of running through the halls, ditching the rest of his classes, but of course, there were the teachers that were monitoring the halls thirty one like hawks reading to attack any child that was out of the class. Benjy swore that he saw one of the school's guards trailing him after a week of taking a part in a contest to see how many classes he could skip, with some other third year that he knew. Benjamyn! One of them barked, looking annoyed at the free wheeling boy. Where's your bag? He said in a much calmer voice, almost as if he was trying to make sure that he would stay calm, even though considering all the run ins Benjy had with the guards and rule enforcers that Vineheart had. The ever fearless bad boy realized that he had forgotten his bag in his World Studies class. With an extra spring in his step, the third year royal of Monaco jogged back towards his classroom, scooping up his messenger bag, and as he turned, realized that a girl was standing in front of him. She was in his class, he wasn't sure what her name was though. Max, Mina, whatever. Without saying a word, he tried to move around her, but the girl simply rolled her eyes and made sure that he couldn't get away. This was one situation where he decided that it probably wasn't a good idea to sit in the back of a classroom, even though it made it easier to look like he was doing work when he wasn't. Uh, excuse me. Can I get through? He asked, lip turned up as he tried to move around her.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i56.tinypic.com/2zgu9hc.jpg); width: 440px; padding-top:10px;]there's no sunrise --- She was looking down at the paper in her hand, how on earth had she not gotten full points. Of course she had the horrible luck of being tested on the one concept she hadn’t completely understood. She had been meaning to ask the teacher about this particular topic and it had just seemed like a pointless thing because it had been so new. But it had been on the test, and that’s how she missed not getting all of her points. She was putting everything in her bag when the very loud boy in her class proclaimed he had gotten a 98, how on earth was that fair? She was pretty sure that he skipped class constantly, while she had perfect attendance, and here he was basically rubbing it in to the whole class that he had gotten the highest grade in the class. That was irritating to her because she had worked so hard on that exam, she had actually studied hours the week before the exam and she had only managed to get a ninety seven. Which wasn’t bad because it was still an A, but she usually got one hundreds or a ninety nine if she misread the question.
Still she packed up her things, slowly hoping to talk to the professor about possible extra credit because she didn’t want this to affect her overall class average. She was pretty sure that the results they got an exams could do some damage given the percentage they tended to represent, and there was no way that she was going to lose one of the top spots to some of the class slackers because they got lucky on one exam. The teacher said that if she wrote a one thousand word report on the political system in the United States, and if she wrote it well then it would definitely keep her average near the top, so that made her happy at least. Just as she was making her way towards the door, she watched as the prince of Monaco made his way back into the room. What on earth was he doing in here? And then she noticed that he didn’t even have his bag, typical. She was pretty sure that there was this little competition he made about how much class he could skip before he got in trouble, so he was just unaccustomed to actually carrying around a backpack. Really how on earth had he managed to get a higher grade on this exam? She honestly did not know. And how on earth was he even related to Raphael, Raph was such a sweetie pie and he was generally calm. But she had observed the prince of Monaco as someone who basically never was quiet and had the energy of an energizer bunny. So she wanted to see where the family resemblance was because she obviously could not see it. She was so caught up in her thoughts that she hadn’t even realized that she was blocking his way, and she couldn’t help but roll her eyes even though it wasn’t really normal for her. She tended to only do the eye roll thing when people annoyed her, and if she was honest, the prince was beginning to go down that path just by his obvious gloating earlier and him obviously not even caring about school.
“Why, I’m sure that you aren’t even going to go to your next class. So why are you in such a hurry?” she said simply.

Benjy snorted loudly, rolling his eyes at her. “ I’m getting my stuff because when I go roaming around campus, the teachers won’t yell at me because they’re thinking that I’m going to class.” He said matter of factly. He smirked slightly at her, urging her on. Benjy could tell she was probably pissed at him, and Benjy loved getting people riled up. He wasn’t a guy to pick fights, that was not him, he was just someone who liked seeing people getting all riled up and angry, but never enough to pick a fight. But Benjy was pretty sure that this little girl wouldn’t be picking any type of fight with him. She was fairly attractive, almost small and tiny like a little mouse. If he remembered correctly, as in actually trying to remember, because Benjy was pretty sure that he never remembered anything correctly (Benjy would probably be pulled aside in class later to see if he cheated on the test), she was one of the princesses of Austria, quiet and shy. But damn, her test scores were good! Some of his other third year friends told him that if he was ever taking a test and didn’t know the answer, sit next to the girl with the brown hair because she knows all the answers. He didn’t get to sit next to her in the class when they took the test, so he didn’t cheat off of her, but god knows that there were questions that Benjy just guessed on and would do anything to take a quick peek at the girl’s paper. He edged around her stealthily, feeling her eyes on him, as he slipped around her like a mink, swiftly picking up his bag that of course, was pretty much empty. “ If you’re going to ask me why I’m doing here, then I oughta ask you why you’re still here.-” Benjy checked the wrist watch that his father gave him for his 13th birthday. “ After all, we’ve been let out. Surprised you didn’t leave early to get to your next class, to go get extra credit from the next teacher.” Benjy taunted, laughing lightly. If the girl was one of those teacher pets, then Benjy would definitely make sure that he would sit next to her for every day of the rest of his school life. Hell, he’d probably follow her to the same college. Pretty much everyone knew that he wasn’t good at school, it was his siblings that were better. Benjy just didn’t give a crap about school, he had fun running wildly about and partying. He couldn’t wait until he was in college, from what he imagined and heard about college, it was just a bunch of parties and girls, and the actual classwork was very minimal. His older brother found it very funny when Benjy told him about how much he was looking forward to college, and then went out on his whole bout of how college would be like. His brother had refrained from actually telling him, because it was just funny how Benjy was acting. That’s what he’d always be, Benjy, the joker.
