For Harry, skipping class had always been a bad habit. As far as he was concerned, it was nothing more than that. If his parents had a say in the matter, maybe he would be a bit more worried about his attendance record, but since they didn't, he didn't think it was his problem. Or even a problem at all, really.
Walking down the hallways now, Harry as fairly sure he was alone. Nothing but him, lockers, and a few crumpled papers strewn across the floor. This thought eased his mind a bit, let him relax, and not worry about tripping as much. For one thing, there wasn't anything to trip over in an empty hallway. For another, there wasn't anyone to trip in front of, so he wouldn't be internally mortified if another incident occurred. Not that it really mattered, anyway. Most of the girls he'd met found his clumsiness "cute", god only knows why. Harry found it obnoxious, personally, but if other people liked it, he supposed it was okay. "Okay" meaning, if other people got enjoyment from it, he could deal with it.
Harry stared aimlessly at the ceiling as he pondered all of this. If he had the chance to take away his clumsiness, would he? Would people still find him entertaining if he didn't fall down every few seconds? He finally just shrugged and figured he didn't care. Just as he was thinking this, he felt himself slam into something. Taken by surprise, he fell to the ground. He stayed in the position he fell in- sprawled out on the floor, his face staring up at the florescent lights above him. Once he got over his initial shock, he pulled himself up a bit, glancing up at the girl he had run into. "Um... Hello. Sorry I ran into you, love. I wasn't really paying attention to where I was going. I tend to do that," He shrugged, pulling himself onto his feet and brushing the dust off his clothes gently before turning back to Connie. "I'm Harry by the way," He introduced himself with a shrug, glancing her over curiously, wondering to himself if he knew her. It was logical that they had met before, considering he was royalty and all. This girl might not be, but no matter, she did look a bit familiar. This was the cause for his original assumption; most of the time, his parent's family friends were royalty, and if her parents and his parents were friends, it would make sense that he would've seen her. She looked about his age, they had probably talked on a few occasions. But, then again, all of these thoughts were based on the assumption that she was royalty, which could be completely false. He decided to stop thinking about it, and instead turned to her for her response to anything he had said.

Constance wore a large smile on her lips as she was walking in the empty hallway. Everyone was studying in the classrooms at the time but she was in the hallway. Nevertheless, she had not skipped any class; in fact, she had just skipped half of it. Literature was the worst thing human had ever invented, at least it was her point of view. She did like stories and books but most of them were the fantasy and fictional style, which never could be taught at school. Constance hated classic literature desperately as she believed that they did no good to her life. What experience could she get from a classic novel such as “Romeo and Juliet Of course, the Swiss princess did not fancy dying with the one she loved by killing herself with a knife or poison. Therefore, she could not stand any minute longer in the class and she had had to pretend to have a stomachache so as to make the teacher let her go out. The whole class was familiar to that play so it came as no surprise at all. But honestly, who cared whether they were surprised or not. She only needed to get out of that class. The teacher reacted quite seriously when he asked one of her classmate to help her get back to her dorm or call the nurse if it was necessary. Remembering the look that that girl gave her made her shiver. That girl was lovely but it was never easy to love her as she was totally annoying to a prankster like her. She always told the teachers everything about the pranks that Constance pulled on them as if she wanted her to be kicked out of school as soon as possible. Certainly, Constance had to figure out a way to get away from that annoying girl or the whole skipping-the-obnoxious-literature-class plan of hers would be destroyed. Well, just a few seconds of distraction was enough for her to disappear. And now she was in the hallway, alone and free.
Constance began to think of places she could go to kill the time. It should not be her dorm because it was exactly where the teacher wanted her to be and she did not want to listen to him at all. The library sounded as terrible as her dorm since she did not want to swallow anything involved in literature anymore. While she was thinking, she suddenly heard the footsteps of somebody running towards her. Constance was rather panicked because she realized it was her classmate coming for her. She must have been pissed off a lot when realizing that Constance had gone. Wasting no time, she ran away immediately. Being caught by the one she disliked so much was the last thing she had ever wanted to happen to her. Obviously, that classmate was trouble. The Swiss princess kept on running but sometimes she had to look back to make sure that no one was close enough to get her. Accidentally, she ran into somebody and then both of them fell on the floor. She began to freak out a little because she knew the annoying class monitor was coming closer. Before she figured out what to do, a voice caught her attention. However, she did not really pay attention to what he was saying but she could tell that he was apologizing. The footsteps were closer now – she could hear it clearly. Without thinking, Constance grabbed the stranger’s arm as he was staring at her and ran away. “Hey Potter! I’m Constance. Call me Connie if you like.†She said in response to his self-introduction. As they got the boy’s restroom, Constance quickly opened the door and pushed the boy inside then she got in as well. No one was in the restroom. Closing the door behind, she listened very carefully to know if the killjoy was outside. Well, she was pretty sure that she could not be caught in the boy’s restroom. Now she had time to look at the one who she had run into a few minutes ago. “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to do this but I have no time to explain at the hallway. If I had known there were so many problems like this, I would have skipped that stupid literature class at the first place, not waiting until now.â€
